The Interfaith Shelter Network (ISN) are the coordinated efforts of participating congregations, social service agencies and governmental programs in order to provide shelter and other resources to homeless individuals and families and to enable those we serve to move toward self-sufficiency.
To make this effort a success, we need your help in one of the following ways:
1. Volunteer on the hospitality team where you can get to know the participants.
2. Prepare breakfast, bagged lunch, or dinner. If you’re no cook, you can donate food items.
3. Volunteer as security personnel where you would stay overnight.
4. Donate toiletries items.
5. Make a monetary donation.
If you are interested in volunteering please call the church office at (619) 239-2346 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Isn’t it sharing your bread with the hungry
and bringing the homeless poor into your house,
covering the naked when you see them,
and not hiding from your own family?
